Orders & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfilment partners and shipped directly to your delivery address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check its progress anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If there has been no update for several days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make things right. Including a few clear photos of the item will help us resolve your request more quickly.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Jevello does not store your complete payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options shown at checkout. Available methods may vary by location.
