7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending your item back.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Full Name
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the product (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and packaging
We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Jevello will cover the cost of the return shipping where applicable.
For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
